A pretty spot - it has an air of Switzerland or Austria about it. There's not much nicer than sitting outside with a coffee (and a cake!) and watching the world go by.
Okay, I did what I should have done originally...I Googled "Tisane." Herbal tea it saith. Which makes sense. Except why the H don't you pronounce the "H" in "herbal"?
Seems very welcoming! I wonder if the owners are French because 'tisane' is the French for "herbal tea"! Thanks for sharing your wonderful shot, Jack;o)

A quaint and charming place... probably a great hang out place.
It looks like an interesting place- I'd like to go there sometime.
That's the sort of place that would draw me in...I'd love to be one of their patrons.
Did you go in for a cup? I would.
Sounds good, I love herbal tea. J'adore les tisanes.
Looks like a nice place to stop and grab a cup.
A cup of Joe and those umbrellas look inviting this AM.

I would like to be there this morning.
I like this! Very inviting. The name must have some kind of special meaning...right? Are you privy to same?
Having a fun weekend?

Terrific shot!
Are you into herbal tea Jack, you don't seem like the herbal tea kind of guy but hey I could be wrong, I often am haha!
I'd go for coffee or tea there!
I don't know why I think this but, this looks so California-like. When your site opened the word that popped into my head was Monterey.
Oh, a french word in Hartford!the place seems very inviting! Have you been there?
Looking inviting for a bit of relaxing and sipping one's choice of tea or joe...
The building is great and the plant decorations are lovely. It must be the right place to rest for a while and have a cold drink.
A good place for a cuppa!
What a beautiful location. Excellent capture.

Tisane is the French word for herbal tea. A perfect name for a tea/coffee shop. I'd certainly try it!
I like the place, even more the coffee part of it...
Looks cosy, and a nice place to be.
Charming place, very inviting.
Beautiful composition Jack!
