Every October, Jesse Lee Church sells pumpkins on Main Street in Ridgefield. For 30+ years, truckloads of pumpkins have arrived from the Navajo Nation. This partnership gives seasonal employment to 700 Navajo workers, full-time employment to a few, and beautiful pumpkins to buyers around here.

Fabulous.
What a great project. But it is hard to pick out the perfect pumpkin for carving into a jackolantern.
That's a ton of pumpkins, usually they are available all year round here.
