A snowbird shows photos from southwest Florida (Naples) and southwest Connecticut (Ridgefield) and New England and other places he goes.
All very restful. I used to spend a great deal of time messing about in boats, maybe something I'll have to take up again.
That's a good spot for a morning paddle.
It looks so peaceful - an escape from the troubles of the world!
"My paddle keen and bright . . . dip, dip, and swing." Reminds of this song I sang at summer camp many decades ago.
The water looks nice and calm. We had some people today practicing their kayak paddling with their instructor out on the green. Later I saw them in the water and the water was pretty active with the wind blowing.
Enjoying the last of the nice days to be out on the water.
