Happy golden days of yore.
Faithful friends who are dear to us
Will be near to us once more.
Janet has held this Christmas party for 40 years. I have been looking forward to it every year for 30.
Now the kids are adults. One nine year old grandson sang a stunning "five gold rings" and
brought the house down. The traditional carols are sung first, then the secular Christmas songs.
I put the photo through a light "paint" filter to protect the privacy of the tenors. And the sopranos.
Thank you, Janet. And have yourself a merry little Christmas.

Sounds like a lovely party which I'm sure everyone enjoys. Appreciate your protecting identities of the people in your photo. I always hesitate to include personal photos on my blog.
Interesting technique, Jack!
Always lovely to have a sing-song, especially at Christmas.
It's always fun to sing and listen to the songs of this season!
Ah, now I understand. Did their singing really require anonymity?
What a wonderful tradition!
A nice event /tradition.
I know some singers whose voices should be changed to protect their privacy...
Jack, it wouldn't be a party without you and Kitty! Thank you for a lovely post. xo, Janet
