Is this dad teaching his daughter not to fear alligators? Bad idea, Dad.

He could be saying to his very sweet little daughter 'now if you ever see one of these.. run very fast in the opposite direction' :) They are fabulous sculptures Jack.
ReplyDeleteI bet this was an interesting afternoon in the sun.
ReplyDeleteMy heart did a little jump when I saw that first photo, I thought the 'gator was real and that child is just bite sized. Excellent sculptures.
ReplyDeleteTerrific captures for the day -- as always and what great sculptures they are indeed!! Hope your weekend is off to a great/fun start, Jack, camera in hand, of course!! Enjoy!!
ReplyDeleteFabulous sculptures ! A good way to approach beasts without danger .
ReplyDeleteAmazing works in a perfect setting!
ReplyDeleteThese sculptures are so realistic. I did not visit Everglades park just because I have a huge fear of alligators (including lizards) :)
ReplyDeleteHey, maybe next time in Florida we can make it to Naples! You live in such a wonderful state.
And come to meet us in Lux as well!

I like the eagle best. He's fierce.
ReplyDeleteA perfect location for such a show, Jack! I heard it is a bit cool down there.
ReplyDeleteThey are very realistic, love the last one.
ReplyDelete(You don't need to look over your shoulder. You don't fit Jack the Ripper's victimology!)
Some very skilfully executed sculptures. What a pity that such work never gets the publicity and praise that it deserves. Surely an Eagle has more brains on board than Air Force One.
ReplyDeleteThe gator looks especially realistic. These are beautifully crafted, Jack.
ReplyDeleteNice sculptures.
ReplyDeleteWish I were there. It seems so green and sunny! Great photos, as always!

Hmmm. The alligator does look awfully real!
ReplyDeleteI see I'm not the only one who thought the 'gator was real. They're all very well done. And the people! Boy, are they ever lifelike! ;-)
ReplyDeletesome talented sculptors here - thanks for sharing Jack. Wishing you a wonderful weekend.
