A definite must! Only problem is you run the risk of being totally spoiled and your source is back in Florida. (I did this with macarons as I left Paris, ran out over Canada. Oh, the regrets!)
Love that place! Although, I've never actually eaten any Norman Love chocolates, I'm told they're delicious -- and, I've discovered they make excellent gifts.
