Celebrate West Hartford!

Every year Celebrate West Hartford! has arts and crafts vendors, booths for civic organizations, many food opportunities, games and rides for kids and musical performances by the local schools.

You can't please everyone.

    I'll bet even the little red headed girl was having fun, but she might have been uncertain about the ride as it was a new experience. Fun mood photos.
