When a Pretty Girl Strikes a Pose for Her Friends

You have to take her picture, too.

Afterwards, I took some photos of her friends and her, on their cameras.  So I wasn't entirely a dirty old man.  At least not completely.

Amsterdam, earlier in April.

  1. I'd gone all in for an interview and a few portraits, but you already knew that!

  2. We had the same question about whether to intrude on someone else's scene this past Sunday. There was a group of about 25 high school girls celebrating a birthday at high tea at the Phoenecian Resort. They lined up for a photo sitting along a fountain.

I got up and took a telephoto shot from the side of just their shoes. The mother/chaperone loved the photo when I showed it to her and she had me position her at the same angle to get the same shot.

That made me feel less creepy about intruding on someone else's photo.

  7. I'm not going to comment about the "dirty old man" bit, but must admit that I would have taken her picture, too. She's a cutie and having fun!
