your mobile has a great camera, this picture is beautiful, I love the perspective and the green grass looks soft, inviting to walk without shoes! :) Léia
Oh, I do love that sky and such a lovely place!! Beautiful stretch of green!! Terrific shot, Jack, and great composition! Hope your week is going well!
When I said a good photographer can take good photos with a phone, my friends laughed at me. I'll show them this photo and they will not laugh anymore.
These days you really can't tell which pics the phones took and which pics were from the fancy cameras. Especially for web size images. Lovely velvety grass and an amazing sky. But I don't know how anyone could see where their ball went in that huge space!
Very dramatic skies! I wonder who was the guy that thought that cameras should be placed in cell phones? I use my iPhone quite a bit for photos as well and I'm always impressed at how good they look.
WOW ! Stunning clouds !!!

Your iPhone shot came out great! I struggle with mine still. Love the look of those skies...
ReplyDeleteFabulous clouds, Jack. Such a sharp image from your phone!
ReplyDeleteWhat a serene and beautiful image!
ReplyDeleteIs your ball out there somewhere? Bring it home!
ReplyDeleteLay up? Really? Where's the Jack I used to know? He'd never lay up ... 200 yards - just a 4 iron.
ReplyDeleteNice shot, though. But it sure ain't Connecticut!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot!
ReplyDeleteBut like Twain said, golf is a good walk wasted!
We await with much anticipation, how that went down, Jack.
ReplyDeleteAnd what does "lay up" mean? For me it means get on the sofa for an afternoon nap.

ReplyDeleteBoy, that is some cloud.
ReplyDeleteI don't play golf. I don't play anything. I have absolutely zero athletic ability but I know a good lawn when I see one.
ReplyDeleteFoore!
ReplyDeleteHaha! I agree with Virginia's comment! That's a very long way Jack, is it an easy shot?
ReplyDeleteJust the colours I long for. My Provence isn't up to par at the moment :(
