Perennial Garden
The perennial garden in Elizabeth is near its peak. This garden is a favorite place for engagement and wedding photographs. I took these shots at 8 a.m. on Friday morning, before the garden started to fill up.
is this your neighborhood, jack? our daughter went to uconn law for a year and lived not too far from here. these are such lovely images you've been sharing from elizabeth park.
Just beautiful! Gardens before others get there- are my favorite:) AND....so are perennial gardens- as you don't have to plant anything to get blooms each year! Nice captures- you're lucky to be surrounded by that beauty!
Beautiful, Jack! I especially like those tall white blossoms in the bottom pic. They look like Yucca blooms, but I don't know if you have them there (too cold and snowy in winter...).
What a beautiful garden, it looks hot there already!
ReplyDeleteYes, even at 8 , the light seems already strong.. I love daisies!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week-end!
I can see why this garden is popular for photos Jack, it looks so lush and colourful, would make a perfect background.
ReplyDeleteWonderful pics and marvellous park! So colourful! Would love to visit it!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing, Jack;o)
¤ Have a nice and happy weekend ¤
I can readily understand why this is a setting for wedding photos. I admire the landscaping.
