So, if you are the Elbow Room and operate a successful restaurant with more demand for outdoor dining than your small piece of the sidewalk can serve, what do you do?
Answer: You build a funky rooftop dining patio, overlooking Farmington Avenue and LaSalle Road.
But, if the weather is not great, of course, no one eats outside in Connecticut.

Very funny. And funky, as you say. The weather (as shown in your photo) doesn't look good enuf for outdoor dining. Yet.
Personally I like to eat indoors. Away from noise, clatter, bugs like mosquitoes!

That would be a good place for people watching.
Good restaurants are great places to have close by, and roof tops seem to be proliferating in some parts of our town. An imaginative way to expand, I guess...if it's architecturally safe, that is.
