Weekend Reflections: Canada Geese
Dozens of Canada geese (regrettably) gather at the pond in Elizabeth Park. They are beautiful birds, but . . . how do I say this delicately? . . . they are a bit messy.
Nothing delicate about Canada geese, the look quite nice from a distance or perhaps flying overhead but up close they are very different. Love the autumn colours of the trees.
Your Canadian geese are so lovely. Such a nice, serene photo. The reflections of the autumn colors in the water along with the beautiful trees in the background make for an awesome shot. Very nice!

They appear to be enjoying the view. I know what you mean about their messiness. We have quite a few who like to winter in Arizona.
Ah yes, my husband and I call them poo-makers. They can cause quite the mess on the golf course!

Beautiful fall scene. Very few geese overwinter in Canada as it is generally too cold. Perhaps this is just a layover for the migrating flock?
