A snowbird shows photos from southwest Florida and southern New England and other places he goes.
Finally, the parade! I used to like the color green. Now, I'm not so sure. :) And I've got Irish blood.
love those green ear-rings Jack but I think I could pass on the green nail polish!
Some great shots, Jack. I can see why you had trouble deciding which ones to use. The second shot is my favorite.
Great series. Had you used flickr you could have showed us every photo in a cool slideshow.
I went to the parade here. Lots more clothing, but equal amounts of green beer, I bet.
I'm enjoying every one of them.
I've never gotten into St. Patrick's Day, in fact if on some game show, I wouldn't be able to say what the date is even. No millions of dollars for me. V
Great shots, lovely ladies, distinguished Irish gentleman and a great post to celebrate the day! I do believe you had a great day, Jack!! Thanks for sharing the colorful fun!!
Hooray! More St. Pat photos - they are terrific.
I was going to say that you picked all the lovely ladies Jack..and the the bearded gentleman popped up :)
Such joie de vivre! Hard to top the gentleman there, he's oozing character!
A lot of people have green clothes! ;-)
Great series, Jack! What fun. :-) We don't celebrate St. Patricks here.
Great crowd shots, Jack!
I really like three of those shots!
You picked a great four! :) What fun! And, we finished off those cabbage rolls tonight. ;)
I rather like the older gent in the hat!
That was one big parade.
I have to say, I'm always surprised at how many people turn out for a St. Paddy's Day parade. Doesn't seem to matter what town. Read in the paper that the country's oldest parade is in Savannah. Savannah? Really? It looks like your folks are enjoying fab weather.
I like them all and sometimes wish I was Irish...
especially the last photo is really interesting!
1st picture is amazing ! Bravo !
