Charter Oak Place


It is a short street in an iffy neighborhood, with several buildings having interesting details.
This one is currently owned by Connecticut Children's Hospital and is up for sale.

    Or perhaps it could become a boutique hotel or large B&B once there is a Coronavirus vaccine and people can travel again.
