Kathy


Kathy sat across from me at a very crowded sandwich shop.  She was a critical care nurse for many years, but now she provides palliative and hospice care in an elderly housing community.
After so many years in a high stress job, a slower pace is welcome.

    A good person to have around if there is a crisis! She looks very determined.

    A very fine portrait. I can think of more restful jobs than working in hospice care though!

    Nice portrait. Her current work may be a slower pace but I wouldn't find it any less stressful. Maybe that's why I stayed away from nursing.
