Ron


Ron Van Winkle is the Town Manager of West Hartford.  The State of Connecticut and the City of Hartford are struggling mightily, but West Hartford is thriving.  The town is lucky to have
capable professional administrators like Ron and level-headed people on the town council.

    Would West Hartford be willing to share their officials...and perhaps send them to Washington D.C.?? "Capable" and "level-headed" seems in short supply in some quarters.
