What a good idea - but does Naples have so many runaways that this is necessary?

I had never seen this sign. Interesting.
What a wonderful way to help a young person with a troubled life. Are the staff members trained in a special way to do this? This is a unique and unthreatening way to give assistance. Kudos!

We see there around here, mostly on fire stations. I thought it was for young people out on the street who feel threatened by something.
It would be nice if this started a movement.
