Sorrento's main streets are closed to traffic on Saturday night.

In a lot of places in England if there were that many folks on the street the police would have more to do than play tunes.

ReplyDeleteI also enjoy European pedestrian-only streets, except for the time that I mistakenly drove down one in Bordeaux, unable to turn off because of the barriers to keep cars out.
