Sometimes I end up with a bunch of photos that don't warrant a post all by themselves.
Goin' fishing, Olde Naples style.
When I was a kid, the slogan was "I'd walk a mile for a Camel."
Now, the camel rides shotgun. In a vintage convertible, no less.

How much is that cat in the window?
And finally, homeowners with a sense of humor.
I love olde Naples. Great collection of photos. I think they each deserve their own post. What? You only post portraits of sexy women these days? Sheesh!
ReplyDeleteAfter view your photos I'm wonder why I am still sitting here instead of driving down the I-75. :)
ReplyDeletewow, you made me wanna go there and enjoy the beach :)
ReplyDeleteI know exactly what you mean. Great pictures.
ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of people on the beach. I bet that sand feels great now. I somehow love beaches even more when it's not summer. They are more dramatic and inviting.

I think I'd like to follow the fisherman but stop first at the Pizza place.
ReplyDeleteThese are great Jack! The one with the camel is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun shots today. That camel in the car is quite unusual and that cat is giving you the evil eye.
ReplyDeleteWe all need to deal with reality from time to time, Jack, and these are great, fun examples and definitely worth a giggle and a smile! And what better way to start a day??? Besides, I love your sense of humor!! The cat's look says it all!!
ReplyDeleteGreat series, Jack, the photo on the top is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteGoin' fishing with a skateboard... never seen before... :)
Love the series, especially the 1600 cc MGA roaster with a camel in the passenger seat. Just plain fun. I can feel the warmth in all these photos, and that's something I need just now.
ReplyDeleteOld Naples is what makes Naples my favourite place in Florida so it was wonderful to see these pics, Jack!
ReplyDeleteRandom shots are fun, Jack. The camel's hilarious... and my eyes are drawn to that handstander...
ReplyDeleteLove this, it's a bit like my 'walks', but surely more picturesque! Thanks for the bench!
ReplyDeleteThank you for that fabulous photowalk! Nice, warm weather brings out the best in every place!
ReplyDeleteThat camel gave me a good laugh!
ReplyDeleteOh, come on. The beach picture and the mannequins would be worth a post. Nice composition in the former, made special by the handstand. And the latter is deliciously odd.
ReplyDeleteThat is one mean looking kitty.
ReplyDeleteSomething tells me you've never regretted getting a place in Naples. It must be a surreal experience getting on a plane in snow and sleet and getting off in sun and sand. I think the beach picture says it all.
ReplyDeleteI have a question: Just what is "an almost professional ball retriever"? A Golden retriever?
ReplyDeleteI once put 9 balls into a body of water one right after another. My buddy fell on the ground laughing. Too bad he didn't his head!
Muy buenas fotografias, muy bonitas...un abrazo desde Murcia.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the bench!
ReplyDeleteI like this kind of post, there's surely something to find and like in it, and , with the bench, I like car with the strange passenger!
I'm with Bob Crowe. Several of these would be fine, one shot posts. I love the wave that accompanies the camel.
ReplyDeleteThat convertible shot warrants a post of it's own...it is almost a short story.
ReplyDeleteOK, I definitely need to put my glasses on before I start reading blogs. I thought the girl on the beach was sans bathing suit!
ReplyDeleteAnd that camel in the convertible deserved a solo post all on its own!
