The Real Macaw

The Real Macaw is a restaurant and bar on Bayshore Drive in Naples.

When I drove past, it looked a bit shabby, but the website suggests that it might be interesting.

  1. Might be one of those places that look shabby but serve really good food!

  2. A cultivated and spotless 'shabby' look: it got my attention, I am quite sure these guys know what they are doing!

  3. Perhaps they know what they're doing. If they don't, it doesn't matter, I'll have Cashew Encrusted Wild Salmon please.

Happy New Year to you and yours Jack!

  6. That menu is nuts! I'll take the macadamia nut encrusted goat cheese salad followed by some cashew encrusted wild salmon.

  11. A spiffy name to be sure. It seems to me it behooves thyself to hie thyself to this establishment and thus verify just how interesting it is so that you can provide us with further information in case we happen to be in Naples looking for a place to eat. OK?

  12. Who ever named the place has a sense of humor. It is a bit shabby; Looks like a plastic tarp keeps the roof from leaking. But the food might be wonderful. Check it out!
