Terrific. How lovely and touching. This is so much nicer than the "modern art" that we see so many places and wonder why anyone would have paid anything for it, much less put it out in public.
I kind of like public art like this. Usually it either hits the mark…or is way off. This one seems to work,particularly knowing it's outside a community building.

Yes, the bicycle is a nice touch, and I think that the sculpture is very unique and interesting.
You'd feel rather intrusive if you were to sit on that bench.

This is a terrific example of street artwork I love seeing in America. It is charming.
