I was immediately thinking the same as Birdman, Sharon and Malyss!! I love it!! And, by the way, did you meet Harry!! I love your composition, Jack, and what a great shot for the day! You do have some interesting places in your part of the world! Enjoy your weekend!
My first reaction as the same as Birdman's comment. You must have spent the weekend at Hogworts. Wonderfully framed photo, but someone could have pushed that metal cart out of the way.
A scene from Hogwats?
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful dining hall. Looks very formal. I wonder if the students need to dress up to eat there.
ReplyDeleteI love these old-timely places. Your framing on this one is perfect!
ReplyDeletebeautifully framed, jack.
ReplyDeleteThis must be quite a school! I taught in a very fine private school, but it looked nothing like this. I wonder what the tuition might be??!!
ReplyDeleteBirdman's comment is exactly what was going through my mind.
ReplyDeleteDid you meet Harry Potter?! :o)

ReplyDeleteA grand place with loads of character ... I can imagine it jam packed with students all chatting and eating.
ReplyDeleteHoping you have a lovely week-end Jack.
Wow that is a big room.
ReplyDeleteMy friend,
ReplyDeleteYou have found an excellent POV here. Bravo. I need this for my photography students! V
Very cool photo.
ReplyDeleteVery clever composition! Well done, Jack.
ReplyDeleteAn old-fashioned prep school? Fascinating place but not for me!
ReplyDeleteThere's quite a message here, dining with the sight of many nations together...
