Backstage
Backstage is a casual restaurant and bar next to the historic Warner Theater in downtown Torrington. It looked good but there wasn't time to go inside for a meal.
Always nice to see a sign that reads, "Eat. Drink. Live." Much better than the other options. Nice reflection. (Btw, I was surprised to see your comment about the eagle & baby osprey -- wow!)
Great shot and looks like my kind of place! I love the sign!! Hope you have a wonderful weekend, Jack! Enjoy! Thank you for your kind words regarding my daughter! She's doing well today and now I know that I will have a great weekend!
You always give us beautiful reflection shots! This picture is adorable, I love those lights. ***I'm having problems to publish my comments today, maybe it's blog problem or my internet here. Léia
I always prefer 'casual'...
ReplyDeleteAnd I like 'eat, drink, live'!
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of being "backstage."
ReplyDeleteI like the way if there's an eatery attached to a theatre it's always called Backstage OR Stage Door!! Next....

I like their sign, it's very inviting. There is a backstage restaurant in Scottsdale next door to the Scottsdale Center for the Arts.
ReplyDeleteEat Drink Live! Sounds like a good place.

There's always time to take in a pint. Make time. hahaha
ReplyDeleteYep! Eating and drinking are a big part of my living...
ReplyDeleteNice photo!
Do you get entertainment as well?
ReplyDeleteYou always find such lovely reflections, Jack!
ReplyDeleteLooks good to me - I am starving right now!
ReplyDeleteI like the looks of it and the sign, but I'm afraid it might be too noisy. I hate noisy restaurants.
ReplyDeleteAnother eye-catching sign. It's too easy these days for people to eat and drink themselves to death though.
ReplyDeleteNice signage.
ReplyDeleteFrom my recollection of theatrical days "backstage" was always where the real fun was to be had and where long-lasting friendships developed.
ReplyDelete"Eat-drink and live" I like:)
ReplyDeleteA perfect motto! One I agree with wholeheartedly!
