Despite the loss, it was a very good Super Bowl game...often it isn't. The Patriots tactic during the last couple minutes backfired as it did for the Packers when they lost to Denver a few years ago. Big disappointment for Patriots fans as it was for us then. But the Giants final touchdown was a classic! There's always next year! One can only hope that it will be the Patriots and the Packers!!
I have the same feeling:( I feel that mass depression that settles over New England that I felt in a game 7 loss to the Yankees. trying to move on..........:(:(:( if only that last throw was a catch...............:(:(:(
Is that what you call a 'hang dog' expression Jack, sorry about the game, I heard earlier on the news and thought about you..did you look a little like this dawg?
Didn't follow the Super Bowl, but we used to have a dog a lot like this.
ReplyDeleteLove the dog but hate the score :(
ReplyDeleteA friend of mine was very happy about this score...
ReplyDeleteYes I'm with Bruce Clark .... Love the dog - hate the score. Well Jack it definitely wasn't a walk over.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad it was the team and not the dog!
ReplyDeleteSorry Jack!
ReplyDeleteMy feelings exactly!

Yikes. I would eat it if I was the dog.
ReplyDeleteLove this dog face. I admit that I didn't even watch the game....

ReplyDeleteAs M. de Coubertin used to say:" L'important c'est de participer" (the most important thing is to take part of it)!
ReplyDeleteSorry for your loss. The game was okay for me, but I was actually disapointed in the commercials this year. Not too many greats.
ReplyDeleteMaybe some other time...
ReplyDeleteYa can't win 'em all. Have a Bloody Mary and wait 'til next year.
ReplyDeletePoor boy!
ReplyDeleteDoes that mean your team lost yeaterday?
ReplyDeletePoor guy.
ReplyDeleteI thought of you yesterday. Great shot.
ReplyDeleteGrace, I think that the dog has more hair...
ReplyDeleteIt was an exciting game but sorry for you that your team lost, Jack.
Bises,
Genie
We don't get the "real" commercials here in Canada, so I have no idea what you're referring to. Sorry your team didn't win. :(
ReplyDeleteCommiserations! Hope you enjoyed watching the game anyway.
ReplyDeleteI know nothing about these games, but I LOVE this cute dog!Wonderful picture!~
ReplyDeleteLéia
