You're right! Although I am sure that they all look good at any time of year because of their architectural beauty and upkeep, but it's difficult to surpass spring and summer with all the greenery and foliage.
They do look beautiful! I am in awe of these immaculate houses that look like there's no more work to be done on them. I can only dream. My weekend was full of scraping paint and sanding... fun stuff!
Such gorgeous homes and fantastic captures, Jack! I love the spring look, although every season has its own beauty and it's hard to imagine homes like these not looking beautiful at any time! Have a great day!
They do indeed! I imagine they would look just lovely any time of the year. They reminds me of some stately homes near Concord, Mass. or Rye and Larchmont, NY (near NYC); my mother-in-law was from Rye and I visitied there 2 summers ago.
I was going to say that these houses look very New England-y. Duh!
They are beautiful at any time of year, I would guess. We have a few that look very much like this. In our historic district. Probably built by people from New England! Or Connecticut. Or Maine. Remember the Maine? Or Mame? She was some gal!
Have a nice day! Sorry about your golf game. I would have been rained out yesterday afternoon but I wasn't playing then. Tomorrow morning, I'm playing. No rain in sight.
I agree, they look beautiful and like something you'd see in a home magazine. I like nicely manicured lawns, especially those with splashes of color like in the first shot.
These are beautiful....my favorite is the 1st. We have a house down the road a ways that's similar in shape....but not QUITE so pretty. These look like they have owners that care:)
Wonderful mansion, almost a little Château!Very elegant and charming houses! My favorite is the last one!

ReplyDeleteStuff dreams are made of...Such perfect houses are almost incredible!
ReplyDeleteThey all look picture perfect Jack and immaculate!
ReplyDeleteWe all look more fetching in our best frocks and these homes dressed in their peak gardens make the best kind of fashion show.

ReplyDeleteThe house on the first photo is my favorite, is it on sale? :))
ReplyDeleteWow, these are gorgeous. They really do remind me of the houses in my home town of Quincy Illinois.
ReplyDeleteI think they always look great, Jack! Beautiful houses indeed:)
ReplyDeleteYes, they do! I love their characters.

Each one so neat and charming. They look like doll's houses.
ReplyDeleteThey are all lovely! I like the outside of that fireplace in the first picture.
ReplyDeleteThey all look like houses I'd like to live in. :)
ReplyDeleteYou're right, Jack, very pretty houses. The one on top is absolutely beautiful and what a lovely yard too.
ReplyDeleteYou should shoot houses for realtors Jack. You shoot houses in a way that makes me want to see the inside. In fact I will take the first house.
ReplyDeleteI bet the interiors have fabulous details too.

ReplyDeleteThey are all lovely- I kept expecting Steve Martin, his screen wife & kids, and a film crew to appear from one of them ;-)

Funny, these could all be in B'ham. I love them all. I'd move right in Jack!
