State Capitol and The Other End of a Horse

The State of Connecticut has a $3.5 billion deficit and has gone 109 days without a budget.
The governor and the legislature aren't even meeting or talking about it.

The State Capitol and the other end of a horse seem appropriate.

A very different, slim and tall dome. Is it part of the capitol building?

All of them deserve a good slap up the head until they get to work.

That is a beautiful capitol building. Love how you photographed it given the circumstances!

The wheels of government seem to be screeching to a halt in so many places.

You need to go back Cack. Can't have you cutting off the sword and the top of the capitol building!

Politicians everywhere seem to be making an utter mess of what we elected them to do.

I would imagine that the legislators are nonetheless still getting paid.
I posted this end of a live horse on inauguration day. Such protests are beginning to seem oh so benign.
