The Osprey Returns

 

The osprey left its nest, but impatient chirping continued from inside.  The mate?  Chicks?  I assumed the adult would be back soon, so I trained my lens at the nest and waited.  It came back.  Got it!

    By this time the Osprey must see you as a non-threat, if not a friend. Beautiful photo. Your wait was worth it.
