I agree with Grace, Jack! I like the colour on the sign.
The colorful eagle speaks of prosperity, whereas the B&W just has gravitas.
Some images are better in b&w, while others need color as an element in understanding. The color does add to this image as those above have pointed out.
The colour for me.
I'll add my vote for the color image. The eagle really pops when seen golden. I feel it blends into the background in black and white.
