A snowbird shows photos from southwest Florida (Naples) and southwest Connecticut (Ridgefield) and New England and other places he goes.

Ah yes, mixed feelings about dandelions. The yellow flowers are great looking, but the plants do invade a lawn, leaving it looking untended and messy. The neighbors also complain about the spread of seed.
I leave the lawn to the insects that live there.
