I like it. I feel the same about out-of-focus shots. Sometimes they work rather well.
It works for me.
Focus can be fun to play with, but it helps to have something in the image in focus. That lets the viewer know that it was not just an error.
I like it too! I have one of Ashlyn when she was graduating that is really washed out but parts of bright colors really popped and I had it framed!
