Out of the Jurisdiction: Uffizi

The Uffizi Gallery is amazing.  And crowded.  I decided the crowds were part of the photographs.
Spring, by Sandro Botticelli.

And I kept finding myself behind a pretty Chinese girl in a bright red dress.  (Yeah, I know, tough duty.)  So she and her iPhone became part of more photographs.  Botticelli, Birth of Venus.

A famous medieval diptych, the Duke and Duchess of Urbino by Piero Della Francesca, ~1475.

Here she is again.

At least someone blocking my view had a nice hat.

A woman in a black dress was taking photographs of her sister in white.  I offered to take some of the two of them together, on her cell phone.  Then it was my turn.

Afterwards, a quick lunch near the Arno, and then the backside of Ponte Vecchio.
