Birds of Lake Trafford

I went to Lake Trafford in Immokalee last week.  There were some fine birds.

An osprey.

A double-crested cormorant.

A heron, perhaps a try-colored heron.
(Update:  More likely a little blue heron.)

A black vulture.

  1. Ohhh, gorgeous. I still can't believe you can see ospreys so frequently. They're so rare and protected here.

  7. Great bird shots, all. That heron is new to me. It's really beautiful. (Do you perhaps mean "tricolored"??)
