Wow, what a photo! He's an incredible looking creature up close. I wouldn't want to be anywhere near it at all. A long lens is very handy in these kind of situations. :)
Sorry but I can't imagine myself living anywhere populated by prehistoric looking creatures with jaws and appetites like that. Peaceful coexistence with lizards and geckos are about as far as I can take it.
I've heard of water hazards but that's a whole new dimension.
