Dan and Estelle
Dan and Estelle are from North Carolina. They were in Hartford for the wedding of her best friend from childhood. And, of course, the whole wedding party stopped in Elizabeth Park for photographs.
The sun was very bright and it was late afternoon, not the "golden hour," but close. My camera had a 24mm to 105mm lens and I shot in aperture priority with ISO of 800. I first photographed them with Estelle's camera, then asked if I could do it with mine. They were in a brighter place than I like, but I took the photograph where they were standing. It was 32mm at f/6.3 and 1/4000th of a second.
Lovely smiles, lovely couple.
ReplyDeleteNice portrait opportunity for you, what settings and lens did you use for the photo?

ReplyDeleteTerrific portrait of this couple!
ReplyDeleteA very handsome couple. Estelle has a gorgeous smile and beautiful hair.
ReplyDeleteA very hip-looking couple! Like her hair colour!
ReplyDeleteShe would have looked good standing in front of yesterday's red door!
ReplyDeleteNice portrait. And they even color coordinated his tie with her dress.
