I remember a time when small Illinois towns had streets with shade trees growing over them, but unfortunately they were elm trees and are now long gone. Shady streets are no longer common. Those houses look huge but very stylish. Suppose it was not the middle-class who migrated to Naples in the winter.
That top photo is so beautiful. This looks like an area I'd enjoy exploring.

ReplyDeleteThe street looks wonderful with all of the trees, Jack! It makes such a difference in the summer to have all of that shade.
ReplyDeleteNeat homes!
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice neighborhood! Is there a golf course nearby? ;-)
ReplyDeleteI could happily live there!!
ReplyDeleteThe tree lane is a beautiful backdrop for all those lovely homes.
ReplyDeleteI love the look of those trees. Do you think one could afford one of those houses on Social Security?
