Black and White in Color

Walking toward the light through the lobby of Hotel Indigo in Fort Myers, I spotted a man and woman whose body language I liked.  Yes, there are some light red bricks,
but on the whole the image reads like a black and white.

That is the March theme for City Daily Photo bloggers:  "Black and White in Color."
A color photograph that looks like a black and white.

  3. Fine silhouette. Your are right about the body language. He is quite interested in her, but she is not really into him.

  7. What colour there is here, is largely muted. I do like the body language. We can just imagine the conversation.

  11. Jack, I think you described the photo perfectly. Its appeal is in the silhouette framing and the interaction between the two characters. His stance is directly facing her, and yet her body is at right angles to his. Only her head is turned toward him. My guess is that she has the upper hand.

Great lines and angles as well.

  12. Good shot! It leaves me wanting to see shots after this moment passes...What was the rest of the story with these people?

  15. My take: She seems to be a little mad at him and he's trying to persuade her not to be angry.
