Out of the Jurisdiction: St. Armands Circle Art Festival II

I was about to leave when I ran across Kathryn and Diane.



Kathryn designs and makes vintage-style hats, wraps and dresses from silks and lace that she rescues.  


Kathryn is staying with her friend Diane while she displays at the art festival.
Diane helped out in the booth.

    Not my style but it's good to see fine fabrics being repurposed. Good, too, to see older ladies looking so gorgeous.
