Joy is a kinesiologist and nutrition expert.
She has a business called R3 Body Method. Joy and her husband talk to
corporate groups about nutrition and exercise, and they conduct group fitness sessions.
Joy's tattoo reads R3, for Reverse Retrain Rebuild your brain and your body.
