Schoolhouse


Ashford is a small town in northeastern Connecticut.  
Ashford Academy was its schoolhouse from 1875 until the 1940s.

  6. Bet the students gradating from this plain, straight forward school could read, write, and think critically. Did school consolidation bring an end to the school?
    BTW, she was quite happy with me!
