Devonwood
Devonwood is a 25-year old executive neighborhood in the Farmington woods. I had not been there in several years so I forgot how big and nice the houses are and how each is different.
As lovely as these homes are, I shall miss your South Africa photo with its spare beauty. . .at least in the part where your daughter's family live. Was it hard to leave Willa?
Beautiful houses. I could take either of the middle two, but all of them are larger, and more grand than I need now. Your photos make them look very appealing.
There is a story that F. Scott Fitzgerald once commented to Earnest Hemingway, "The rich are different than you and me." "Yes," he replied. "They have more money."

ReplyDeleteWow, these are gorgeous homes! I think the first one is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteThese places are enormous, Jack!
ReplyDeleteOoh, how lovely they are - and just enough New England styling. Very tasteful.
