Guy

Yesterday I went to Art in the Park, a small tented art show in Olde Naples.

Guy Tieman must think in circles and rectangles.  He was originally a glassmaker, but for the last year he has been painting and constructing these colorful rectangles with
colored rods inserted into rectangular pockets.

  1. He looks like a cool dude!

PS: We will be in Fort Meyers/Naples area. Any golf courses that you recommend?

  2. I think there is still an element of the glass work in Guys work Jack, I can see those pieces created in glass!

  3. Well, to each his own. I'm glad he's keeping busy and I hope he sells much of his art, but it isn't my style. Not that that matters at all! :)

  5. I really like them, Jack! I've seen some great art shows down there in other years.

  6. Unusual, but pleasing to the eye, I think.

  7. I like these. It's giving me some "do it yourself" ideas.

  8. What a great background for a portrait of the artist!

  9. Some lovely colours but they wouldn't suit my style.

  10. I like his look. Handsome guy, tropical whites with a bit of pale blue stripe, self-confident. But, perhaps, could he use some new ideas?
