Odds and Ends

Do you sometimes accumulate a bunch of photos that don't scream loudly enough for their own post?


A random wheel.


A flash mob.


An anhinga in need of a haircut.


A perplexing façade.


And a row of metal palm trees.
No, sorry, I can't explain them either.

    Ha, I have seen metal palm trees way up here (at gas stations) but never would have guessed you have them way down there! I can't explain them in either place but, then, I don't get artificial flowers, either. :)

    All these photos have their strengths. Love the graphic quality and reflections on the chrome wheel. The metal palm trees are odd, especially with their broken leaves.

    I guess we all accumulate random shots. This is a fun collection. The only metal trees I've seen here are communications towers made to look (a bit) like trees.

    I like your idea of gathering these random pics together as 'odds and ends'. I would consider doing something similar, but I tend to forget about photos that can't stand on their own. What to do?! You gathered a fine mishmash. I particularly like the partial standing wall. Interesting, indeed.

    The metal palm trees might be cell phone towers in disguise. Love the bird with the messy "hair".
