Now for five photos that I keep lining up for posting and then replace with something else.
A restaurant in the shape of a ship has sat empty on Route 41 in Bonita Springs for a decade.
It was about to be auctioned off this spring, but the auction was called off
when someone showed interest in buying it.
So far, nothing is happening.
The owner of this Porsche will probably be in there visiting his financial advisor for a while.
Please be seated.
Tarpon Cove and marina.
Another day in Paradise. Life is good.
Each photo deserves a post of its own. Ah, yes! Life in Naples definitely is appealing!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Kate each photo is so beautiful it is a highlight and deserves it's own spotlight. Amazingly well done!
ReplyDeleteThat restaurant is in 'dry dock'. I see why you wanted to use these.
ReplyDeleteI remember the restaurant. The other photos make me want to take a trip south. When we lived in Ft. Lauderdale, we hiked over to Naples/Bonita Spgs/Ft. Myers/Sanibel quite often. I miss those trips.
ReplyDeleteKate is right.
ReplyDeleteAn amazing collection of fine shots, each one with a story...
ReplyDeleteVery nice group of shots Jack! Missing the sun over here.
ReplyDeleteEach of those pictures is inviting us to dream, each in its own way .
ReplyDeleteI do agree with Malyss and I do love your shots for the day -- as always, Jack!! I do hope the birds don't leave calling cards in the Porsche convertible!! I'm missing the sun, too, been raining for days with more to come!!! Enjoy your weekend!!
ReplyDeleteLife looks very good in Naples!
ReplyDeleteI like that blue restaurant - looks inviting, Jack!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure I could pull off wearing that shirt in the last pic!
ReplyDeleteWith a Porsche, life can be good.
ReplyDeleteLife DOES look good there in Naples!!!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Kate too. All of the photos are wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI love Life is Good products!
ReplyDeleteIt was worth the wait. I always look forward to your daily postings. Keep on clicking.
ReplyDeleteFab five Jack! The ship-shape building would be perfect for a seafood restaurant oui!
ReplyDeleteAn interesting look at life in Naples. Love the flying fish painting at the cafe. :)
ReplyDeleteI quite like what you have done here. This is a nice collection of photos...enjoyable to look at.
