A snowbird shows photos from southwest Florida (Naples) and southwest Connecticut (Ridgefield) and New England and other places he goes.
I really think that american architecture is wonderful . Every public building is a real marvel and is very both impressive and inviting ; What a pleasure it must be to read books in such a place !
very stately!
Sweet shot! Gorgeous. Very nice Jack.
It would be fun to watch an oral argument in the Supreme court.
Like this building shot. The evening light makes this work.
Lovely time of the day for a shot like this.MersadMersad Donko Photography
This must be early evening. Our nights are darker than this. Impressive library and courthouse.
Looks good lit up for the evening Jack.. wonder if that would work for me :)
The building is gorgeous! Also a beautiful evening light, blue hour? Or later with a bit overexposure?
I do love your night shots, Jack, and this one is no exception!! Wonderful light and a beautiful building! Hope your week is going well!
Now that is a stately building!
Very nice photo, Jack. I haven't mastered night photography yet...but want to.
It looks quite dramatic lit up like this.
A grand entranceway!
This hardly looks like a night shot. I love those stately buildings. :)
That's an impressive entrance. Not too much thought about disabled access in the days when this was built though.
Great shot, Jack! I love that time of day.
I love old archtecture like this.
The light is nicely balanced here. It looks like it would be an impressive building inside.
Lovely classical architecture. I'm surprised the Supreme Court doesn't have its own building. Our's has its own even in backwoods Jefferson City.
A lovely stately building.
A great time of the day to take pictures of a beautiful building like this....
for a moment i thought it was the MFA in boston!
I always love seeing a building with columns. The lighting is beautiful!
