Wild Bill is appropriately named. Fascinated by his glasses, perhaps as vintage as the rest of his store. The front certainly is colorful, sensory overload?
A colorful store and a colorful owner as well!! What fun!! I agree with Sharon and I bet he does have a lot of stories to tell!! You do find the greatest, most interesting places and people, Jack! I'm glad you share them with us! As I've said before, a great way to start my day, week, whatever!! Have fun!!
How fun! That mural makes me want to go to the circus. Your portrait of Wild Bill sure captured his sparkle. I just had to bookmark his website, what a terrific tag line he has.
Oh dear. It's a combination of 60s flashback mixed with a circus tent. I have friends who'd think they'd landed in heaven. (BTW: If you're serious about visiting our county fair, put it on your calendar for 3rd weekend next August & come on out to the left coast!)
Wild Bill looks like a guy who enjoys what he's doing. Although his selling 8-track tapes took me by surprise. Who buys those? Anyway, his sly sense of humor is reflected in the mural choice for his business. May nostalgia continue to feed his business. And thank you for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
Wild Bill looks like quite a character Jack.. what fun to be able to work everyday in an environment that you love :) Fantastic mural..

ReplyDeleteColorful to say the least. Super mural and happy looking Wild Bill.
ReplyDeleteI've enjoyed having a look at your super work I missed last week, amongst them some fine portraits.
I really dig the portrait. The front shot of the store looks colorful and I'm sure you could find lots of cool memorabilia there.

ReplyDeleteAwesome portrait and a store that I would enjoy.
ReplyDeleteI could hang here for awhile and probably drag something away. Elenka would be just shaking her head.
ReplyDeleteMy goodness! If selling bobble-heads gets a man a reputation for wildness then the rest of the town must be pretty tame!
ReplyDeleteI bet that Wild Bill could tell a story or two.
