A snowbird shows photos from southwest Florida (Naples) and southwest Connecticut (Ridgefield) and New England and other places he goes.
It was hard to look at these pics with 10 1/2 inches of snow on the ground outside my door. Oh, man! I could be soaking up the sun at Sanibel Beach.
haha a sandboy! love the sand sculptures and photos!
Love the sandman in the sand, and what has Grandma Dot got to eat?
My goodness, we haven't been too Grandma Dot's in years. It was a nice place as I recall.Sanibel is great fun when it's not too crowded. That sandman looks very much like a brown snowman! You can go visit the Everglades again. I saw they finally caught that big ol' crocodile!
Nice day for that sort of thing.
Sounds like a perfect day on the beach to me.
Ah, another fun day in Florida's Tinsel Town!! I'm ready for breakfast at Grandma Dot's right now!! Hope your week is off to a good start, Jack!! Have fun -- but then you always do!!
Beach walks are always fun, you never know what you might find :)
Looks like everyone had a great time at the beach, and then got to go for treats. Love the sand sculpture photos.
I simply envy you...
After such a nice tour of the beach I'm ready for some key lime pie, Jack!
Do you really find such shells on the beach?!Nothing better than to walk barefoot on the sand.. hmmmmmmmmm!
There's definitely lots of fun to be had here!
I like the sandman and also the sandboy, haha... but the dolphins are really eye catching, so bright!
i want to swim there too!!!
Those dolphins really do demand attention! Beautiful!
It looks like there's some beachy talent here. The sandboy is especially well done.
That sand sculpture is really cute. Not something we see much, being a bit beach adverse and very pale.
Wonderful shots.
Life is grand at Sanibel Beach.
That is much better than some modern art. I would very gladly imitate the sandboy.
Fun pictures! Made me smile.
Smiling at the Sandman and boy! :-)
So much artistry - beautiful mermaid with seaweed hair, those golden dolphins and your lovely photos.
Looks like you had a perfect day!
