A Walk on Sanibel Beach

A mermaid sand sculpture made by
Eva, Mom and Eva's brother Jon.

A sandman.

A sandboy.

All this beach walking and picture-taking works up an appetite.
So, of course, a visit to Grandma Dot's is required.

  1. It was hard to look at these pics with 10 1/2 inches of snow on the ground outside my door. Oh, man! I could be soaking up the sun at Sanibel Beach.

  4. My goodness, we haven't been too Grandma Dot's in years. It was a nice place as I recall.

Sanibel is great fun when it's not too crowded. That sandman looks very much like a brown snowman!

You can go visit the Everglades again. I saw they finally caught that big ol' crocodile!

  15. That sand sculpture is really cute. Not something we see much, being a bit beach adverse and very pale.

  17. That is much better than some modern art. I would very gladly imitate the sandboy.
