Carolina Marsh



This week I drove to Florida from Connecticut.  I arrived in Naples yesterday.  This is a pretty marsh somewhere in the Carolinas that I passed on the way down.  The sky was dazzling.

For a while, photographs from Florida will share space with photographs from Connecticut.

    It is beautiful. Reminds me of Cedar Key. I especially like the symmetry here.

    BTW, a crate of monkeys are on their way to Naples!

    This is a great sky and composition. You must not have been driving on the interstate, as I doubt there are such views from I-95.

    Jack, How I love this photo and the Low Country that I experienced for the first time last winter. It is a perfect shot of the sky, marshes and reflection. May I put it on my computer screen for awhile?

    Great shots this week, Jack. This one reminds me of a day Wayne and I once spent at Horicon Marsh, we had that same sky reflected in the waters.

    That is a beautiful sky. Reminds me of a Georgia O'Keeffe painting of just such a sky. Even better to see it reflected in the marsh.
