Luce
Luce is a colorful restaurant on the main street of Middletown, 20 minutes south of Hartford. It was warm last week -- a real "Indian summer." It will be cooler this week. Fall is in the air.
Regarding your comment on the role of Portugal in WWII: Salazar, the dictator, kept the country neutral, therefore this was paradise for the European royalty in exile, also for those who want to leave for America and... German spies. Lisbon was known as the 'Capital of Espionage'. Amazing stories took place here and many novels have been written. 'Indian summer' weather is the best, but autumn is pretty good also. Love the row of yellow umbrellas Jack, looks like a really inviting spot. We're gearing up for summer here and I'm already dreading it!
Oh, and what do you know about Ocalan's posteriors? Sheesh. I'll bet you've got as many fat-asses up thataway as we have down here. Maybe. Perhaps. Possibly. Maybe not. Who knows?
This is such a warm photo! Really nice, Jack.
