It's Going Down!

The demolition of the abandoned Capitol West office building has begun.  The newspaper accounts say it will take four months.

Ray tells me that it will be done long before then.  So, it will.

  2. Four months does seem like a long time. But maybe that's to clean up all the mess after it's been demolished. Love your portrait again today. You've really caught Ray's essence! :)

  4. I guess the company that wants its employees to be be aware of safety does not have an policy prohibiting smoking on the job.

  13. It could almost look like a bombed building. What a character you found in Ray.

  14. I don't think you'd see a building worker with a cigar over here... cigarette probably, cigar unlikely. A really good portrait.

  15. Great portrait, but if that guy were really pushing for safety he would not be smoking that cigar.
