Mechanics Savings Bank

Pearl Street, Hartford, Connecticut

To my eye, this is one of the more successful re-uses of an old building's facade in a highrise development.

    It's still a bit early and I am not quite awake so it took me a little while to figure out this image...a blending of old and new.
